The Eliot is a cozy gem nestled in Back Bay, where the staff are so welcoming they could sell tickets to a comedy show! The room was spacious and clean, making me feel like royalty, especially with the plush bedding that practically begged for a nap. Plus, the location was ideal—just steps away from iconic places like Fenway Park and Newbury Street, making sight-seeing a breeze.

Cozy spot near everything!
The room was super comfy and the view was incredible. Shoutout to Manny for getting us our ride like a boss. And the bathroom felt a bit cramped with the big sink, not gonna lie. Oh, and I heard the in-house restaurant is legit good. Would stay again for sure!

The warm welcome from the staff made a lasting impression, with friendly interactions enhancing the experience immensely. The upgrade to a beautiful room was a delightful surprise, alongside exceptional dinner service at the restaurant. No useful resolution was offered regarding a damaged coat I experienced after check-out, which felt unsatisfactory.

great view but loud neighbors
The view of the Charles River was a highlight of our stay. The room's cozy ambiance, complete with upgraded amenities like dual TV sets, made it comfortable to unwind. We appreciated the convenient location, just a short walk to downtown shopping and eateries—perfect for exploring the area.
The noise from neighboring rooms could be bothersome during our stay.

Charming hotel with a stunning living room suite and great views. Super clean and beautifully decorated. Perfectly located for Fenway and exploring the area!
The bathroom felt like it was designed by a contortionist—seriously, I'm not auditioning for a circus! And the wake-up call? More like a wake-up prank!

Cozy atmosphere and charming boutique experience make this place feel special. Spacious rooms, complete with delightful mini bar options, add a touch of luxury to the stay.
The noise from outside can be disruptive, especially early in the morning, and the air conditioning leaves much to be desired—some spots feel freezing while others don’t cool off properly. Room layouts could be cramped, making it awkward to move around, particularly in the bathroom. I also found the lack of common areas to relax outside of the rooms a bit limiting. Lastly, the dining options feel a bit one-dimensional, especially if you’re in the mood for something other than Japanese cuisine.

Charming, Charming, Charming
I fell in love with this delightful gem the moment I stepped inside! The old-world charm made my stay feel so cozy, and the oversized one-bedroom double suite was like my own little apartment—perfect for lounging with a glass of wine. Plus, being just steps away from vibrant shops and delightful restaurants? Absolute perfection!

Charming Stay in Boston's Back Bay
We enjoyed our five-night stay in a Deluxe Queen Room. The staff were incredibly helpful, offering tips and local insights. Don't miss the fresh-baked cookies in your room—they're delicious! For breakfast, explore nearby cafes, as options within the hotel are limited.
